This is a solo project started 2 weeks ago and is ongoing.

What I did and learnt

  1.  player control using Unity's new input system
  2.  creating organised prefabs for different counters using prefab variant
  3.  world canvas for the progress bar
  4.  UI to display real-time changing information 
  5. a bit of shader graph and sound implementation
  6.  the power of writing organised and clean code 

What I plan to add in the future:

  1.  staff bots act just like player but the player can plan what they do, this add the management part to the game 
  2.  different staff bots with ability or traits to creat a different play experience
  3.  emergency cases need to be handled by player immediately, this can be triggered by different traits of the bots
  4.  fiance system for player to purchase staff bots and upgrade them
  5.  different levels with increasing difficulty so the player needs to build and manage his staff bots strategically
  6.  other ingredients and recipes and counters 
  7. add restaurant area with tables to serve the customers instead of only a kitchen

WASD movement

Mouse left button to take/put object, right button for cutting
